Household financing program for the construction of photovoltaic systems
The program for free financing of a photovoltaic system for the home is launched.
The purpose of the procedure is to increase the use of renewable energy in the final energy consumption in the household sector by providing financing for the purchase of the best equipment for solar installations for DHW and photovoltaic systems.
What funds the program?
- Photovoltaic systems up to 10KW – the grant is up to 70% of the investment or with a maximum amount of up to BGN 15,000
- Solar hot water system – according to this measure, the maximum volume of the grant for one household is up to 100%, but not more than BGN 1,960
Who can participate?
Applicants must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Financing is for photovoltaics per project for one home.
- The candidate must be the owner or co-owner of the home and own at least 51% of the ideal parts of it and have a permanent address in the same.
- Important condition valid for apartments located in multi-family residential buildings. In order for an owner to apply for financing for domestic hot water or a household solar system, they must have the consent of the condominium.
- The dwelling must be within the regulatory limits of the settlement.
- There is NO registered merchant or non-profit legal entity at the home address. The house or apartment must be used for residential purposes only.
- The dwelling uses an inefficient source of heat energy (stove, boiler, fireplace, etc.) using solid fuel (wood, coal, etc.).
- Electricity was consumed in the dwelling for a minimum of 6 months prior to submission of the offer.
- The local taxes and fees due at the time of application for the real estate in which the installation or system will be installed have been paid.
Facilities for candidates:
- To apply for the program, you do not need to have a building permit when the project is to be completed.
