Policy on quality, environment, health and safety at work of Solarity BG
The goal of SOLARITY BG is to establish itself as a stable and reliable partner in the field of photovoltaic installations for energy production on the Bulgarian market.
Following our goal, we strive to achieve maximum perfection in our work, to approach each project with professionalism and for everyone who is part of the company and the leaders and their teams to be as dedicated to their work as possible.
By implementing and maintaining a Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, we at SOLARITI BG are committed to:
Continuous improvement of the qualification and motivation of the staff for high-quality work, combined with the improvement of working conditions and attitude towards the environment and guaranteeing the health and safety of workplaces in the company and environmental protection;
Carrying out periodic analysis and evaluation of the results achieved in improving the quality of the products and services offered, the working conditions and the safety of the workplaces, improving the efficiency in relation to the environment and systematic control for the implementation of the tasks;
Managing health and safety at work: eliminating hazards and reducing risks to health and safety at work; prevention/reduction of injuries and illnesses resulting from the occurrence of accidents and/or emergency situations; prevention/reduction of the number of work accidents, improvement of the microclimate, etc.;
Protection of the environment and prevention of pollution, expressed in the efficient management of the waste generated during the company’s activities and the application of appropriate technologies and materials having a minimal negative impact on the environment;
Carrying out periodic analysis of national and international regulatory documents, including other requirements for health and safety at work and environmental protection, assessment of their impact on the company’s activities, as well as continuous control of the implementation of all obligations imposed by such documents;
Determining and monitoring the internal and external circumstances in which the processes and activities of the company related to the management of quality, health and safety at work and the environment take place, as well as changes in them;
Identification and management of risks and opportunities for: business processes, health and safety at work and environmental processes;
Provision of the necessary resources for the functioning and continuous improvement of the SU;
Implementation and maintenance of a transparent mechanism for consultation and participation of personnel at all levels in the company on issues related to the development and improvement of the health and safety management system at work;
Promotes the understanding and awareness of: the requirements of the management system, the contribution to the implementation of this policy and its related goals, as well as the consequences of non-compliance with the requirements of the system at all levels in the company;
Provision of the necessary resources for the functioning and improvement of the processes and the management system;
Continuous improvement of the quality management system, health and safety at work and environmental performance.
SOLARITY BG performs periodic analysis of national and international regulatory documents, assessment of their impact on the company’s activities, as well as continuous control of the fulfilment of all obligations imposed by this type of documents.
