Fixed Mounting Structures for Photovoltaic Power Plants
At Solarity BG, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality solutions for the photovoltaic industry. As part of our continuous product development, we design and manufacture galvanized metal mounting structures for fixed solar installations.
Based on extensive research and engineering expertise, we have developed our own hot-dip galvanized steel structures with a Zn 275 g/m² protective coating. These cold-formed systems are specifically engineered for long-term durability, structural stability, and efficient installation of stationary photovoltaic power plants.
Our solutions reflect both our practical experience in renewable energy projects and the advanced technological capabilities of our production facilities.

Manufacturing Flexibility According to Client Requirements and Technical Documentation
We are able to adapt our mounting structures to the specific climatic conditions of a given region, the terrain characteristics, and the photovoltaic modules provided by the Client. In addition, we can manufacture the structures at the tilt angle required by the customer in order to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of the solar power plant.
All structures are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with the following standards:
- BDS EN 10346:2015
- BDS EN 10162:2003
- BDS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2012
Climate resistance
Bolted Connections – No Welding
All connections within our structures are made entirely with bolted joints, without any welding. This ensures that the anti-corrosion protection provided by hot-dip galvanizing remains intact and preserved throughout the entire operational lifetime of the solar installation.
We offer a range of structural solutions for photovoltaic power plants. Our mounting systems are highly suitable for all types of ground-mounted installations, including driven piles, anchoring to concrete or asphalt, and foundation-based fastening.
In addition, we provide solutions for all major rooftop types, such as sandwich panels, bitumen waterproofing, membrane/PVC roofing, and tiled roofs.
Our structures are robust, durable, and resistant to corrosive environmental factors. We also perform individual load analysis and structural calculations for rooftop systems in order to achieve the optimal balance between strength, stability, and weight distribution.
Fast and Easy Installation
We continuously strive to simplify the installation process
We aim to make the assembly of every type of mounting structure as easy and convenient as possible for our clients. We provide detailed drawings for each component, showing how the individual parts are connected, as well as the recommended installation sequence.
In addition, the installation kit includes aluminum clamps for the photovoltaic panels and protective plastic end caps, which prevent water from entering and accumulating inside the profiles.
We actively listen to our customers and continuously work on improving the installation process through various modifications and enhancements of our structural elements.
We also present a range of completed projects using our galvanized mounting systems.
Solarity BG operates with two dedicated installation teams equipped with our own high-impact self-propelled pile-driving machines, suitable for installing support posts of different types and sizes. Pile-driven installation does not damage the terrain, allowing the land to be used for other purposes both during the operation of the photovoltaic park and after its lifecycle.
