Replace a damaged inverter<\/strong> After delivery of the replacement inverter, the remaining warranty period of the damaged inverter is applied to the device that replaced it.<\/p>\n DELTA will replace the damaged inverter with a product equivalent in type and age, and the replacement inverter may be used second-hand and \/ or with signs of use. The end customer cannot claim when replacing with a new or unused product when a damaged inverter is used.<\/p>\n After the Customer receives the replacement product, he must send the damaged product to DELTA REPAIR CENTER SLOVAKIA within ten (10) calendar days, following the procedure specified in the return instructions and the same transport packaging in which the replacement inverter was delivered. The DELTA Service Center will review the information and contact the Customer in case of any questions.
Based on the information provided by the Client, DELTA will decide how to proceed – replace the device or repair it.
Note: Only a qualified electrician or installer can install the inverters and replace the defective products.<\/p>\n
When DELTA chooses to replace the defective device, the following procedure should be followed:
The end customer will receive an email with confirmation from DELTA’s service partner for Bulgaria – Solarity BG Ltd. The email will provide a request reference number (RMA number). Upon receipt of the RMA number notification from the end customer, DELTA will send the replacement Product, along with instructions to return the defective product.<\/p>\n
Prior to packaging, the Customer must affix to the housing of the damaged inverter the small barcode sticker attached to the return form provided with the arrived inverter.<\/p>\n
In case DELTA decides that the defective product will be repaired in DELTA REPAIR CENTER, the following procedure applies:
A client will receive an email from DELTA’s service partner in Bulgaria. The email will provide the application reference number (RMA number) and return instructions. The customer must pack the damaged product properly and send it back to DELTA REPAIR CENTER using the procedure specified in the return instructions. The customer will receive the repaired product after it is repaired. In case of warranty repair, the transport costs are at the expense of DELTA.<\/p>\n
